Mail groups tool in the Control Panel allow you to forward copies of any e-mail received to a list of other e-mail addresses.
Eg: e-mails to refunds@yourcompany.com
are sent to the shipping manager, customer service manager and accounting
departments.
Autoresponders allow you to send an automatic message in response to any e-mail received.
Eg: A customer sends e-mail to inquiries@yourcompany.com;
you might send them a message that their inquiry has been received and
a sales representative will respond within 24 hours.
