INSTRUCTIONS:

1. 99% of all support call issues are NOT related to a problem with the server but CUSTOMER ERROR. Please make sure you have checked the Quick Setup Guide, Knowledge Base and Problem Solver Before submitting a Ticket.

2. Respond to all questions that apply to your issue. The more information you supply, the easier it is for us to help you.


3. List your issue in numbered step by step readable paragraph format. Tell us what your attempting to do, each step of what you entered, and what resulted including what software your using, url addresses, logins, passwords and error messages.

4. Submit only one support form per issue. Once you have opened a new ticket it will become the beginning thread for your conversation with our technicians using standard e-mail and will contain the history of all conversations.

5. Attachments - Our ticketing system does not accept attachments.
